At Krzoo, we want you to love your new wardrobe additions, but if a fit isn't right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box to ensure your fashion pieces remain protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
